Licensee Appointed for Partnering Essentials™ Programs

DIXON Partnering Solutions is proud to announce Jane Russo of Enabling Solutions has been appointed as our first Licensee to conduct the Partnering Essentials™ suite of short course partnering skills programs.

Jane is based in Adelaide and brings a wealth of experience in cross sector partnering having worked in a broad range of areas such as education, youth, tertiary pathways, government, health, community services, volunteering and sport. As an enabler she specialises in providing independent advice, to help trouble shoot, upskill and build capacity within organisations. 

Her expertise as an engagement practitioner, partnership broker, stakeholder relations consultant and strategic policy adviser has been utilised within various South Australian government departments. Here she was considered a leader in stakeholder engagement and collaborating with communities and organisations in helping government achieve effective outcomes benefiting South Australians. 

A passionate volunteer, Jane currently chairs the boards of Athletics South Australia and Touch Football South Australia and is a director of Sport SA. She is a graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the South Australian Leaders Institute.

Enabling Solutions is about working together differently. Their focus is to support organisations to lead meaningful change by offering independent advice and expertise in change management and organisational consulting services.

This appointment marks a significant milestone in the development of the Partnering Essentials™ programs and links with the continuing development of our suite of online modules and the release of our new website at www.partneringessentials.com

Cross sector partnering is being seen more and more as a way of solving society’s toughest problems and challenges, and never before has there been such a need to build the skills and competencies of those involved in these complex partnering initiatives and projects.

We believe the continued development of the Partnering Essentials™ programs both face to face and online will equip those involved in partnering projects with the skills needed to maximise the impacts.
